  • China Folk Culture Villages Where folk arts, culture, crafts and the architecture of China's various minorities are assembled in one area showcase the rich tourist resources of China. Each night, there is the Ethnic Carnival parade with 500 performers.

  • Splendid China The world's largest miniature scenic park featuring more than 80 major Chinese tourist attractions, such as the Great Wall and terra-cotta Warriors & Horses.

  • Window of the World Features a smaller scale of many of 118 famous world scenic spots, some exquisite and others magnificent, together with shows of folk customs. It makes up nine scenic areas.

  • Shenzhen Hong Kong's closest neighbour, the famous overnight city boasting of China's Opening Policy and a good example of China's special Economic Zone.

  • Shekou Once a small fishing village, and now a port city.

  • Cui Heng Village in Zhongshan The birthplace of the founder of the Chinese Republic, Dr. Sun Yat-sen with the Memorial Hall displaying Momentos and relics of his life.

  • Foshan An artist colony near Guangzhou, one of the four main handicraft centres, famous for porcelain wares.

  • Lotus Mountain Is a picturesque rock formation resembling a blooming lotus, symbol of great prosperity.

  • Guangzhou A pearl on the Pearl River Delta, is a modern and lively metropolis with tree lined and flower decorated streets

(C) REMARKS
  • The tour will be accommodated at the hotels listed below or similar one on sharing twin basis with breakfast:

    • Guangzhou - Garden Hotel/White Swan Hotel
    • Shenzhen - Shenzhen Bay Hotel
    • Zhaoqing - Star Lake Hotel
    • Zhongshan - Fu Hua Hotel


  • The single supplement will be added to the basic tour price for individual traveller(s)

  • A Trade Fair supplement of HK$300 will be added to the basic tour price during the Guangzhou Trade Fair from 14 to 22 April and 14 to 22 October inclusive.

  • In addition to the single supplement, individual traveller(s) will be charged a Trade Fair supplement of HK$400 during the Fairs.

(D) CONDITIONS & MAIN    INFORMATION

1. Payment

Payment to the Company should be made by Bank Draft(HKD) payable to KENSTAR TRAVEL LIMITED or by bank transfer to our banker STANDARD CHARTERED BANK(Tai On Building Branch) A/C No. 314-2-012824-2.
Cheque drawn on a bank outside Hong Kong will not be accepted.


2. Tour Prices Cover

Chinese visa fee, expenses incurred in China for transfer, transportation, hotel accommodation on sharing twin basic, meals, tour guide-interpreter assistance.

3. Tour Prices Do Not Cover

Macau visa fee, Airport tax, baggage insurance, any additional charges incurred in China, personal expense, such as drinks, laundry, hair-dressings excess bag gages, taxi fare, long distance call and cable.

4. Children's Price

  • Children price as listed in the tariff or leaflet for the tour is applicable to children between at the age of 2 and 11 when joining the tour.
  • Children aged 12 or over will be classed as adults.
  • Children will be accommodated on a two-in-one room basis. No single supplement will be collected.
  • Children under 2 years will be classed as infant, and no seat, bed and baby food are provided.


5. Cancellation Charges

  • Deposit is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation made by the participant or the agent.
  • When notification of cancellation made by the participant or the agent in writing or fax is received by the company
    • 4 days prior to tour departure: 15% of the tour price.
    • Within 3 days prior to tour departure: 50% of the tour price.
    • 1 day prior to the tour departure: No refund will be made.


6. No Refund

will be made to those participants who break the journey from the itinerary, regardless of whatever portions that remain unused in the itinerary.

50% of the tour charge will be refunded when the tour could not be operated due to typhoon.

8.

The Company acts only as a travel agent capacity for clients in making of all the arrangements for transportation, sightseeing or hotel accommodation. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the suppliers. The Company shall be exempt from any liability for loss, injury or damage to property or persons, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control.

9.

The Company shall not be reasonable for any loss to be suffered during the tour by any passenger who is due to some reason refused to leave or to re-enter Hong Kong by the local Immigration or Police Authorities of Hong Kong.

10.

Itineraries are subject to change without prior notice by the departments concerned in China. The final scheduling of sightseeing and visiting arrangements are detailed for tour participants upon arrival in each city.

11.

Should there be any change of the arrival/departure time and the entry/exit transportation used by the tour, the Company shall not hold responsibility for the loss caused thereof.

12.

Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed or the tour be prolonged due to unforeseen circumstances, all extra expenses will be borne and paid in cash on the spot by the tourist

The Company will provide round-trip pick-up service for our tours, therefore passengers are requested to check carefully in advance the pick-up time and place as indicated in the tour coupon or folder.

14.

In case our morning pick-up service is not rendered due to heavy traffic, passenger is kindly requested to wait 10 minutes more at the pick-up spot until our escort comes.

15.

In the event that passenger fails to be at the morning pick-up spot on time, kindly find your way to the departure place prior to check-in time as mentioned in the tour coupon or folder.

16. Adjustment of price

The Company reserves the right to adjust the listed prices at any time should there be any fluctuation in exchange rate of Chinese RMB yuan, Hong Kong dollar or any increase in cost of whatever portion of the tour.

17. Insurance

All tours handled by the Company are not covered by insurance and the handling of baggage throughout the tour is at the participant's own risk. It is advisable that the participants should buy insurance if they deem it necessary.
